1. Can I have a custom design?

Al: Yes. We specialize in producing custom glass bottles. We have a very professional design
team that can help our customers design any type of glass bottle. Or, please provide your own
drawings. It takes 15-20 working days to make new molds and samples.

Q2. What about the delivery time?

A2: For new products, the sample delivery time is 20-25 working days, and the batch delivery
time is 20-30 working days after payment. This depends on the quantity. If we have inventory,
we can ship within 3 days after confirming the order.

Q3. Can we get your free samples?

A3: 1). For in-stock products, free samples are provided, but you must pay for the shipping fee.

2). For new products or custom products, we will charge a sample fee. Once the order is con-
firmed, we will refund the sample fee. Please understand that we send many samples every
month, so we get quite good discounts from DHL, FEDEX, TNT and UPS. I will provide your confir-
mation before sending the samples. I also take photos of the samples before delivery. Fourth
quarter.

Q4. What are your payment terms?

A4: Our normal payment terms are wire transfer, 30% deposit, 70% balance and other common
payment methods.

A5: Yes, we do. We provide accessories such as aluminum caps and cork stoppers for you. We
can also make printed cartons together. When you receive the bottles in cardboard boxes, you
can reuse these boxes.
